Spiritual Wanderlust is expanding! With our popular Celtic spirituality School, podcast, blog, team of spiritual directors, and upcoming 2024 program (!!), we are ready for more hands and hearts to support our quest to make rich contemplative formation available to everyone who hungers for it.

Position Overview
Spiritual Wanderlust is seeking a heart-centered remote Program Coordinator who is a clear communicator; a creative, focused, and energetic, collaborator; and an efficient problem-solver with a passion for revealing the sacred in our everyday lives.
​
The Program Coordinator will play a vital role in executing the vision at Spiritual Wanderlust. Together with the team, they will support our community, courses, speakers, podcast, email campaigns, content creation, and the development of future programs.
​
There may also be room for this position to grow into facilitating and/or teaching in our programs.
​
Strong candidates will be passionate about the interior life and have an appreciative understanding of our audience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a love for working with people.
​
This is a part-time independent contractor position, and will require approximately 10 hours/week.
​
Pay will be $20-24/hour, depending on experience.
​

Key Responsibilities
Program Support:
-
Manage program rollout: Work with the Virtual Assistant and Director to draft content and emails and ensure a smooth experience for participants in the course platform (Kajabi).

Engage with speakers: Manage relationships with speakers and affiliates. Ensure we have all the information we need from them, and that they have all they need from us to help promote the event.

Extend Reach: Together with the Director, identify the best channels for reaching the spiritually hungry. Where are they? Where do they find resources for formation? Who are the kindred organizations that we might partner with?

Content Creation and Management:

Feed the Hungry: With the Director, develop an overall content strategy that truly serves customers. What do they want to know? What are they most hungry for? How can we help? How do we turn this into a compelling movement? Together, decide how we will share this strategy via email, social media, podcasts, videos, and more.

Engage the Community: draft emails/content; schedule weekly or biweekly emails.

Manage Social Media: Work with the Virtual Assistant to create and maintain content calendars, schedule posts, respond to comments, and repost stories from other pages.

Clean House: review, consolidate, and tidy up email database and pipeline.

Team Support:

Build Relationships: Coordinate tasks with virtual assistant and program volunteers, including regular check-ins.

Engage Community: Identify projects for volunteers to participate in. How can we empower the community to grow the contemplative movement?
Podcast back-end:

Make Guests Shine: discover possible guests and research confirmed guests. Develop and review questions for interviews.

Deepen Listening Experience: write audio intros and episode notes, including links to relevant sites, books, etc.
Plus other projects as discussed.

Requirements

A passion for the interior life, and a familiarity with a variety of teachers, resources, and organizations in this field

Enthusiasm for the mission of Spiritual Wanderlust

Expertise in Google Docs and Google Sheets

Quick learner of online platforms and software (for email, podcasts, courses, etc.)

Strong written and oral communication skills

Experience leading teams, groups, or staff

Minimum 4 years experience in related positions

Ease in leading spiritual or embodied practices desired.
