Edwina Yeow

Edwina is of Straits Chinese descent and lives in Singapore. A lover of theatre, dance, music, art, and sculpture, she finds beauty and meaning in life's simple pleasures—from journaling and taking long walks in nature to watching clouds sail by and savouring a warm cup of peppermint tea. She believes that creation is drenched in God and that every life is a sacred mystery, unrepeatable and utterly beloved.

Edwina describes her approach to spiritual direction as:

1. Sacred

Every life is a sacred mystery, uniquely created and deeply loved. Edwina honours the complexity of each person's inner world, relationship with the Divine, and lived experience, recognizing that no two spiritual journeys are alike.

2. Compassionate

Spiritual direction is a space where you can come exactly as you are. Edwina offers a safe, welcoming, and compassionate environment where every part of you can be witnessed, heard, and embraced without judgment.

3. Embodied

Our bodies and emotions hold wisdom that can deepen our spiritual lives. Edwina invites you to listen to your body's sensations, emotions, and inner experiences, discovering the gifts and insights they have to offer.

4. Contemplative

The Divine is present and moving within our everyday lives. Through gentle reflection and deep listening, Edwina helps you become more attentive to God's presence, movement, and invitation, creating space for a deeper connection with the sacred.

5. Transformative

Spiritual direction is an invitation to healing, growth, and freedom. Together, you will explore new possibilities for welcoming the different facets of yourself, deepening your relationship with God, and embracing the fullness of who you are.
